2.1 The promotion is only valid on a Paulaner Munich Hell, Paulaner Hefe Weiss or Paulaner Hefe Weiss NA draught, bottle or can, purchased on trade (Licenced Premises), (click to see ). Entries open 00:01 01/06/25 and closes 23:59 31/07/25. Scan the QR code with your mobile and you’ll be directed to www.winwithpaulaner.co.uk to upload a selfie with your purchased Paulaner beer bottle or pint as proof of your purchase at the Licenced Premises in the picture. PromoVision from {PromoNow} will be used to validate your entry in genuine. An alternative route will be available to upload a purchase receipt that must show a valid qualifying product, be from a Licenced Premises selling Paulaner beer and be within the entry period. A valid receipt can only be uploaded once and other entries submitted using the same receipt will be voided from the final draw.
2.2 Three Winners will each win an overnight trip to Munich, Germany, departing 3rd October 2025 with access to Oktoberfest, returning 4th October 2025 for two. Includes return flights from either London or Manchester (subject to availability). Inbound and outbound airport transfers in Munich. One night hotel accommodation at Novotel at Hochstrasse, Munich, based on sharing a twin or double room with breakfast. Access to Oktoberfest and a Paulaner table strictly at 17:30 (please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance), those that arrive late will forfeit their table. Each guest will receive two beer and one food token.
3.1 This promotion is open only to residents of Great Britain, who are aged 18 years or over at the time of participation. A smart mobile phone with Internet access and a valid email address are required. Location sharing on your mobile needs to be switched on. Full name, date of birth, email address and mobile number to be submitted on the entry form with proof of purchase.
3.2 Must be able to travel between 3rd October and 4th October 2025 to participate and have a valid travel document.

4.1 To participate in the promotion, purchase a qualifying Paulaner beer:

5.1 The promotional purchase period is from 00:01 June 1st 2025 to 23:59 31st July 2025 inclusive.
5.2 Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.
6.1 Once you have made a qualifying purchase at a qualifying Licenced Premises within the promotional period, scan the QR code on promotional material to visit www.winwithpaulaner.co.uk, complete the age gateway, submit your name, email address and mobile number. Share your location. Upload a selfie with you and your full and complete Paulaner beer purchased whilst at the Licenced Premises or use the alternative route to upload your valid purchase receipt. PromoVision will inspect the image to ensure accuracy and fairness in order for your entry to be valid in the draw. False or rejected entries will not be notified.

7.1 Three provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize Draw will be conducted by Promotions Interactive, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
7.2 Cave Direct Ltd reserves the right to reject any entries which it considers in its absolute discretion to be fraudulent, invalid, or not in accordance with these terms.
7.3 The provisional winners will be contacted via the mobile number provided on entry within 7 days of Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
7.4 Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available on behalf of the Promoter by its promotion agency Prize Professionals 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks to those that request it via email to hello@prizeprofessionals.com. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
8.1 Winners will be notified by a telephone call and email that they are a winner of a prize. within 7 calendar days of the promotion end date.
8.2 Arrangements will be made with Winners to confirm travel arrangements by the Promoter.
8.3 Any pictures depicting the Prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.
8.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
8.5 By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.
8.6 The Prize in detail:
The winner must be available to travel between 03/10/2025 and 04/10/2025 (subject to availability).
There are three prizes of a trip to the 2025 Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany for the winner and their guest that will include:
2 x return economy flights from either Manchester or London airport to Munich, Germany, subject to availability and the Promoter’s discretion; and
1 nights’ accommodation at Novotel at Hochstrasse, Munich, check-in 3rd October / check-out 4th October 2025, based on sharing a twin or double room. Breakfast is included.
Access to Oktoberfest is provided on 3rd October. Participants arrive for their table reservation strictly by 17:30 (please arrive at least 15 minutes prior). Each guest will receive 2 beer tokens and 1 food token. There are also strict entrance guidelines on the table timings, if you arrive late, you will forfeit your access and tokens.
All guests must be over the age of 18 years.
The Prize will be arranged by email between the Promoter and the winner. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the prize is organised. Once the prize details including dates, flights, locations are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
It will be the winner’s and their guests' responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
Once booked, tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available.
If a booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
The winner will not be entitled to any compensation or have any claim against the organizers if the trip or any part of the prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled. Lounge access and upgrades are not allowed. Flights cannot be combined with the Promoter’s or any other loyalty program, discount, coupon, voucher, promotion, or special offer. Frequent Flyer points cannot be earned from the flight tickets or through any loyalty program.
All airline seats are subject to availability.
For clarity the Prize does not cover transportation, meals, drinks, souvenirs, tips, parking fees, or any other personal expenses (including spending money) not specifically mentioned in these Terms and Conditions. Neither the Promoter nor any prize provider will be responsible for covering any such costs.
The winner and their guests will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guests. In the event the winner or their guests are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.
The winner and guest must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same room in all provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Promoter and any prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner.
The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the airline’s Conditions of Carriage and Booking Terms and Conditions.
The winner is responsible for their own behavior and that of their guest while taking part in the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove the winner and/or their guest from any element of the Prize if they fail to comply with instructions from the Promoter or its partners, or if their conduct is deemed dangerous, disruptive, anti-social, or causes disturbance to others. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
All elements of the prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.
The Prize will be forfeited if:
The winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
The winner has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within the pre-booked period; or
The winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.
Return transfers from the winner’s home to the international airport are not included.
It is the responsibility of the winner and their guests to check any travel advisories issued by the Government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any winner or their guests arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by the Government. The winner and their guests must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation and obtaining the inoculation(s) and health regulations required by the Government.
8.7 For the avoidance of doubt should a Winner or their guest fail to abide by these terms, resulting in forfeiting the prize, no culpability can be placed upon the Promoter.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cave Direct LTD will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or participation of the prize.
10.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Cave Direct Ltd Privacy Policy, available at: [https://www.cavedirect.com/privacy-policy-cookie-restriction-mode].
10.2 Participants' personal information will be used solely for administering this promotion and will not be shared with third parties (except for prize fulfillment purposes) without consent.
10.3 All data with the prize fulfillment provider will be stored securely and deleted after a reasonable period following the closure of the promotion.
11.1 Cave Direct LTD reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion, in whole or in part, without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
11.2 Any decision by Cave Direct LTD in relation to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.3 The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
11.4 The Promoter is committed to running a fair and secure promotion and preventing any form of abuse or cheating. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions including those submitted through aliases will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded under such circumstances may be deemed void and subject to recovery. Additionally, the Promoter reserves the right to ban the individual from participating in future promotions for a minimum of six months.
11.5 The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize and/or any element of the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
11.6 No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.
11.7 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
11.8 The Promoter will not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, Acts of God, global or regional epidemics or pandemics, severe weather, fire, labor disputes, war, terrorism, conflict, political unrest, riots, civil disturbances, plague, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen events.
11.9 By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
11.10 If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
11.11 These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
